BLC Alum Jeff Allen ‘19 continues to make an impact on the electoral map! After managing Governor Josh Stein’s successful gubernatorial campaign last year, Jeff is leading NC Governor Roy Cooper’s campaign for U.S. Senate – a top Democratic flip opportunity in 2026.

Today is the first day of Virginia’s General Assembly! Congratulations to the 17 delegates who were managed by BLC managers last year. Their wins (with 11 flips!) helped create a 13 seat Democratic majority in the Virginia House of Delegates.

Today, we remember and honor the life of Aron Johnson ‘21. Aron was a vital part of the BLC community, and his loss is felt deeply by us all. In his own words from 2021, here is why he was inspired to manage campaigns and help people in need. Rest in power, Aron.
