We don't have to buy insurance from the BUCAHs. Heck, we don't have to have insurance at all! DPC & a health share is great protection against financial ruin at a fraction of the price of comprehensive "insurance." Great options exist for employers, too.

So my tax dollars were paying for $2,182 of their monthly premium while I have to pay for all of my own health insurance costs? Do you not see how that's an issue, Robert?

They're probably about my age. I pay $80 / month for Direct Primary Care and $200 per month for a health share membership (with a high unshared amount). That's right, only $280 per month for great access to my doctor, low cost meds, labs and imaging, and catastrophic protection.
