Diving into #Biodiversity and its role in natural healing. Here, #ApollinaireWilliam giving example how some plants can be used to cure certain ailings and they are “scientifically proven”, he says.

Wetlands sustain our lives and biodiversity. Conserving them sh’d be the role of each one of us not because we only benefit but because wetlands harbor biodiversity that also have the right to LIVE. Thx to the GoR thru Rwanda Environment Management Authority to restore wetlands heavily degraded in #Rwanda.

I commit to contribute to the conservation of wetlands in Rwanda through research and awareness, providing data that serve the monitoring of wetlands’ health through #amphibian research. #Frogs are important indicators for the changes in wetland’s’ health.

Biodiversity data is key! We have mobilized hundred thousands of occurrence records, around 20+ spatial layers and working currently on physico-chemical and meteorological data to avail data needed to support policy and conservation strategies for Rwanda.

Biodiversity data management in #Rwanda @CoEB - the current emphasis includes the digitization of butterflies and ants of Rwanda. The system will be able to produce species location maps and associated spatial layers.
