The #BikeTO Bartlett Havelock Bloor offset signal has been activated. More lines/green tonight & more concrete separation to come, plus platforms. Curbs are in on the bidirectional & walls on the Havelock contraflow. Bike detection is functioning & wayfinding signage is in place.
