I have been trying to get my credit (FUCC) towards to new trip (since it’s been hold over two years + ) and waiting for confirmation from this CELEBRITY CRUISE FOR LAST 3months ! Hours of on the phone and always back to where I started ! Almost feels like Fraud .

This cruise line is been extremely stressful for me. I have FUCC because of Covid. Now I am try to use it has so difficult ! Why takes 3months + and still no results!,,?
