Feliz por estar en la Cátedra de #FilosofíadelDerecho del CIJ de la Universidad de Guanajuato. Hablaremos del último Dworkin, Greenberg y Hershovitz (los anti-positivistas más importantes de la jurisprudence contemporánea). Discutiremos sobre interpretativismo, grounding y eliminativismo.

Nye on being eliminativist about law but not regarding morality. I’ve discussed this with Lucas Miotto. I think her point is an argument if we just want to eliminate queries or debates. However, the question is still open if we want to eliminate the entity “law”.

Nuevito, de mi mentor y maestro, Jorge Cerdio. Retoma su tesis doctoral y combina la filosofía jurídica con la informática jurídica.

Ha fallecido Robert D. Cooter (Berkeley). Muchos lo recordarán como exponente de Law and Economics. Pero también tiene trabajos con ideas filosóficas. Acá uno muy elegante. Explica el punto de vista interno de Hart en el marco del análisis económico del derecho.
