After checking over stats for the season, it’s great to see 21 players u23 have made an appearance for @NewburyTownFC this season 11 of them being teenagers. Something myself and O’D wanted to focus on 👍🏻⚽️

One thing I’ve realised since I’ve became a non league manager you can’t beg or chase people to come play for you if you know them personally or not. Much prefer to work with players that want to be there week in week out training and games for the right reasons.
