Don’t sweat the small stuff. Somethings are really important, consequential. Most things are not, don’t bother, don’t waste your energy.

Whatever you do, do it well. No pretence, no half effort, no dishonesty in your work. The universe rewards hard work & deligence BUT be clever in this.

Face life with steely nerves. Be overcomed by the emotions of life’s big moments if you must but train your nerves and hold yourself as much as you can. The show of strength if for yourself because sometimes the world just doesn’t care.

All setbacks have a silver lining.

All your life timelines are falsified hopes — if your effort is honest and right, you are exactly where you are meant to be.

No single emotion is permanent — you can chose to bask in the despair of your hurt and failures or you can make the happy times linger longer. Your choice!

Our lives, our relationships and our goals are constantly changing. Old relationships will go and new ones will form — but do not be careless with the relationships that have brought you this far.

Nothing is as it seems! 30s instagram reels or stunning holiday photos that make you think more or less of yourself. Nothing is as it seems.

Work hard or work smart but either ways, work is needed. Nothing is given, all is earned that is every truly valuable. Most things that come too easily, come with a catch.

The phenomenon of natural unfairness. The world is full of natural unfairness — 1 % of the worlds pop owns 99 % of its wealth — something like that. The greatest natural disasters occur in the poorest areas in the world. Unfairness is a weird one.

The paradox of expertise! There is the obvious paradox about pigeonholing one’s skills BUT More relevant is the fact that it is easier to do the things we love or are good at whereas balance needs us to fail in practice/love and practice the things we hate.

Seek out inspiration and then be inspiring.

Set standards for yourself — standards in love and relationships, standards in friends and family, standards in your work and grind.

Chose those who chose you and do not disregard the attention/affection of those who care about you.

Love yourself but live for something bigger than yourself — you are but a spec in the cosmic space.

Give praise where it is due and show love upon those who do not know love.

Rest if you must.

Honesty with one’s safe is the first step to self accountability.

Schadenfraude!!! "To experience pleasure in someone’s misfortune". There is jealousy & envy — all vices of the weak & insecure and then there is Schadenfraude. Be not Schadenfraude — Teach, educate, uplift, elevate, sacrifice, show up, support, edify, forgive & strengthen.
