One of the ways we showcase #curriculumexcellence here at Bede is through high-quality opportunities for musical performance. This morning, our band led our collective sung worship for the first time and were superb. Thank you to Ms Cardnell for your teaching!

We always celebrate students who show #excellenceincharacter at our academy. That's why we gave our first prestigious virtue badge of the year to a Year 2 student for showing an incredible capacity for learning and remembering his times tables well beyond his years. Wow!

The children in Year 2 have had a fabulous day in school today for their ‘Nurses Enrichment Day’. They found out about Florence Nightingale, had a visit from a nurse from the Freeman Hospital and learned how to give first aid in an emergency. #enrichment #handsonnlearning

A fantastic afternoon at NU foundation for the girls football finals. The girls showed great teamwork and determination battling all afternoon in some tough games. They only conceded 3 goals all afternoon and did themselves proud! Well done girls! #girlsfootball #sportatBede

February half term sports camp is back! We look forward to a fun filled day!!

A spectacular day of football for our Year 6 boys. They travelled down to Stockton to represent Blyth Spartans at the National League Finals. There were some tough, competitive matches but the boys smashed it, winning all their games! They now go to the Northern Finals 💪🏼🖤💚⚽️
