We've just been awarded @OriginGreen Gold Member status for the 2nd year in a row, the highest level in Bord Bia - The Irish Food Board's national sustainability programme. It comes from our work on energy, water and plastic reduction, biodiversity and community support.

Busy night with BAR1661 and Celtic Whiskey Shop. It was extremely hard to fault any of the drops but that Celtic cask 44 was just slightly above everything else for me. Bushmills with a PX finish is a killer. 47 was amazing for its age and showcases what GND peat can be. Tis guuud!!
