Nearly 6 years after the submission of a planning application for 103 houses at Steel Cross, Crowborough planning permission was finally granted on the 24th July 2019. A major victory in the face of the continued problems caused by the Ashdown Forest development moratorium.

After a successful #S106 negotiation we have outline planning permission for a residential scheme in Rother District Council. An edge of town site where we were able to submit a scheme that created the right balance between a viable number of units whilst respecting the site's location
