3. SIT LESS! Get up and move around while at work. Sitting for 8hrs or more a day is linked to a higher risk of heart disease.

4. EAT SMART! Choose whole foods over processed foods. At least 80% of your food intake should be whole foods ie meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, eggs, nuts etc.

5. MOVE! Add physical activity to your daily routine. 🏃🏽‍♀️💨 One Harvard review found that walking 2.5hrs/week can cut heart disease by 30%. Walk, skip, bike, yoga… anything is better than nothing!
