The Year of Sadness — the Prophet ﷺ lost Abu Talib and Khadija (RA), then was stoned in Ṭā’if until blood filled his sandals. The hardest year of his life.

When the Prophet ﷺ was at his lowest, Allah raised him to the highest — the Night Journey. From Makkah to Jerusalem, leading all prophets in salah, then ascending beyond Jibreel (AS) to Sidrat al-Muntaha, where Allah honored him with the gift of salah. SubhanAllah.

Even in his final illness, the Prophet ﷺ longed for the prayer in congregation. Supported by companions, he entered the masjid until he could no longer walk. Then he appointed Abu Bakr (RA) to lead, watching with peace as his ummah worshipped Allah. SubhanAllah.

When his son Ibrahim passed away, the Prophet ﷺ wept. He said: “The eyes shed tears, the heart feels grief, but I will only say that which pleases Allah.” A lesson of patience, faith, and surrender to Allah’s will. 🌿

One thing I always advise parents: have at least one meal a day together. Let your kids say anything at that table without fear. If they feel safe to open up at home, you’ll always be their first point of reference.

Instead of gloom and despair, the Prophet ﷺ comforted the sick with hope and patience. Narrated by Ibn ‘Abbas (RA): The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said when visiting the sick: “Do not worry, it will be purification if Allah wills.” [Bukhari 3616]

What you can achieve in life by absorbing a few unkind words is far greater than stopping to clap back at every comment. Your future is too valuable to waste on petty squabbles. Keep going!

The Prophet ﷺ said: "Use black seed, for it contains a cure for every disease except death." (Sahih Muslim, Hadith 2215)
