Trying to calm my heart tonight. Im being transferred to a different urologist and everything feels off. Its year 2 and I was scheduled for a CT scan. Now I’ve been given an Xray referral. Id prefer to stay the course. There may have been tears.

CT scan booked for January 20th. So fast. Im feelings so much better about things now that I have a date. I know how much pressure the healthcare system is in and the work everyone has and continues to do but I was terrified of being lost in the system.

Positive vibes. Tomorrow I go for my CT scan so my urologist can get a better look at the lesion on my right kidney. I already had a partial nephrectomy in 2019 that removed a 2cm cancer mass 🙏🙏🙏 putting it out there that Id love nothing more than for it to be NOTHING

Waiting on CT scan results is so incredibly difficult. I am having a hard time focusing, I feel like I look at my phone every 5 mins and my body gets stiff when my fitbit buzzes. I am on high alert, no matter how hard I try to be mentally calm.

The most nerve wracking gut wrenching time is the “wait” knowing your loved one is at the oncologist to find out if the cancer has come back. I just feel sick.
