Just check out that definition of value & opportunity costs 😍 Michael E. Porter's often-cited VBHC formula is wrong in most non-US (& US) settings. Muir Gray's concepts aren't a bad runner-up. However, the cited health economics "Blue Book" is the most relevant for AUS. ♥️ it.
