Major gas line break at Arkansas and Delray ct. in west Arlington. Arkansas lane is closed in both directions.

The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Arlington in effect until 8pm. 1-2 inches of rain has already fallen with an additional 1-2 inches expected.

TRAFFIC ALERT: All lanes of S. Cooper Street are currently shut down between Arbrook Blvd and Pleasant Ridge Rd while crews work to clean up a large spill that resulted from a wreck. We anticipate that Cooper will remain closed for at least the next 2-3 hours
