Ready for the off after a lovely day’s rest at Fuchsia Lodge in Ballyferriter. The owner John seeing me off as his wife Noreen takes the terrible twins (the panniers) on to Tralee for me 👏 The Conor Pass awaits today on #LapoftheMap2019 👀🚴‍♂️🤞

Mary is back in beautiful Donegal and getting ready to set off on her final leg of #LapoftheMap2019 🚴‍♀️. She’s heading from Bundoran RNLI Lifeboat at 10am tomorrow, and making her way to Killybegs. A little insight as to why she’s doing this - from her Facebook page

Huge thanks to Niamh Fitzpatrick for being our guest speaker for RNLI volunteer lifeboat press officers tonight. We are getting together online in these strange times and it’s a lovely way to connect.
