Taking a few moments to share why we are building what we are building Aria IP (intellectual property) is ideas given form.

IP is the primitive transforming human ingenuity into a possessable, protectable, and monetizable asset. Whether it be in music, film, gaming, patents, sports, data.... IP is ubiquitous and permeates our existence to their core.

Ironically however, IP has never had its own native financial infrastructure. IP powers trillion-dollar industries, but most IP is illiquid! For instance, - public companies have equities markets - debt has bond markets - even cattle and corn and coffee have commodities markets

At Aria, we are building a new paradigm for IP to become a liquid asset class, accessible to patrons, institutions, and creators alike. We do this by introducing a novel primitive: IP Real-World Assets (IP RWA)

What does IP RWA unlock? - Transparent markets for IP-backed assets - On-chain value accrual to distributed rights owners - Tokenized funds backed by their IP portfolios - New works co-created and remixed via programmable IP
