Most people don’t start for one of two reasons: -Clarity issue You don’t know the first step. -Confidence issue You doubt you can do it. Ironically, starting builds both clarity and confidence.

If you want to read people, ignore their words. Watch their actions. People tell lies. Especially to themselves.

Seasons change. People change. Sometimes it hurts. Sometimes it surprises you. Without change, life would be dull. Change is what makes us feel alive.

One lesson on relationship I learned the hard way: Being right doesn’t win arguments. Staying calm does. The moment you lose your tone, you lose the argument. No matter how right you are.

One confusing thing about relationships: Sometimes the more you give, the less you receive. It makes you question yourself. Don’t react immediately. First, observe the pattern. If it matters — talk about it. If it doesn’t — adjust quietly. Protect your self-worth.

Some conversations slowly die not because you didn’t care. But because they got used to
you always being there.

It’s hard to accept that not every relationship is meant to stay. But every relationship you keep out of habit takes energy away from the ones that truly matter.

Confidence is tested in relationships. You adjust without betraying yourself. Say what you need without fear and accept that not everyone is meant to stay.

When I’m conflicted about a decision, I ask myself two things: Does this move me closer to my goal? Does this build my confidence? Ideally, it’s both. But even one “yes” is enough.

Real relationships run on truth. Some just need it delivered with more care than others.
