Case update: both the prosecutors & public defenders offices have in their possession body cam footage showing Louie Tukes (10889) did not try to stop me for a traffic offense as claimed but did approach my car, not identify himself, and try to open my door & get into my vehicle.

Update: still waiting for my next court date, but the reporter writing about my case has gotten video from neighbors of the night I was arrested that shows MPD assault my 10 y.o. I was told there will also likely be a video segment accompanying the written piece about my case.

Both are expected to come out some time in mid-late January since everyone is dealing with holiday stuff right now. Watch this space.
