Today, the sun returns to Tromsø 🇳🇴, home of the Arctic Council Secretariat, after two months of #PolarNight ☀️ 21 January is also special day for the Secretariat. 12 years ago, the Host Country Agreement was signed - officially establishing the Arctic Council Secretariat.
