A Toronto Realtor went missing after leaving for work. Her torched remains were found 3 days later. 3 kids caught w/her possessions, after one of them used her credit card. Two were 17 years old, one was 16 years old. 🇨🇦 really prefers teen criminals instead of RICO laws, eh?

Rental Listings up 34-41% in #vancouver and #burnaby since April. We're feeling it on the ground as well. 😅 #tenants will have more choice through the end of this year as rental activity continues to slow. If you're looking for affordability, now is the time to get out there

I can’t believe what just happened! A tiny (baby?) owl just flew into me while I was walking on Robson Street in Vancouver. No one else even noticed him and I stared at it in disbelief. 🦉

I love this. If it doesn’t make you smile then you have no soul. Apparently on Vancouver Island. Baby bear playing with a balloon.

The US is about to deregulate and lower corporate taxes to attract capital and increase productivity. Meanwhile in Canada, increasing carbon tax, increasing capital gains, introducing a cap on oil and gas production. We are screwed under the current government.
