😭 These 4 surprised me today & I cried. Had them for 4 years & they stuck it out through everything. This year? The facility tried to retire before I did. But my seniors? Showed up, chef’d up, & rose above every mess with grit, grace, & way too many gloves. Love my chefs! 👨‍🍳
