My biggest mistake of 2025: NOT doing enough marketing. I tried the marketing / coding week split (thanks Jon Yongfook), but I kept drifting back into code - even during “marketing weeks.” I clearly saw the pattern this month. Main goal for 2026: DO more marketing.
