After 2 pregnancies I struggled to run even 5 km. And lately without noticing it I ran 10 km in 52:45. This is way better than I did in my 20s-early 30s. Truly women are the strongest in their 40s!!! 40s rock!!!!

Yay my first 'official' 10 K race since 2017 or so completed!!! I don't know how I did it amidst all the busyness, stress, obligations, tiredness & severe lack of time (and sometimes motivation) for training:) Feeling so empowered and grateful:)
