#OPCClarity8 A1 - An effective Knowledgeable Other that I have had the privilege of learning from, was most effective when they build on my strengths, created a safe environment for me to take risks without fear of judgement and celebrated my successes!

#OPCClarity8 A2 - Collaboration and emotional intelligence but areas I work to address are not rushing to solve the problems presented but listening and coaching.

#OPCClarity8 A3 - Things I can do to make a learning walk effective include; asking students the five high yield questions, entering a classroom with a FACE to focus on, consulting the data wall before beginning the walk.

#OPCClarity8 A4 - Mobilize-ability - creating a sense of collective urgency to put FACES to the data to ensure success for all~
