Heading into the studio was initially for a quick pickup and return home to continue work. Unexpectedly, I got absorbed in working on a painting yesterday. The allure of the violet base was too strong to resist, and before I knew it, three hours had passed. #ArtisticDistractions

Could someone please rescue me from this obsession with violet and lemon yellow? Lately, it has taken over my thoughts. The little bits of colors emerging, yielding to each other layer upon layer, akin to hope unfolding with the dawn of a new day, provide a reason to feel alive.

Exploring intricate human relationships through a painting, I cherish the way Kremer Cremnitz White harmonizes with the R&F Turkish Umber Greenish. The pigment sticks offer a balanced malleability, reminiscent of clay.

After extensive contemplation and days dedicated to unlocking the puzzle I've created, sometimes, all it takes is a decisive stroke to unravel it. I ponder why artists willingly subject themselves to such torment. Once unlocked, boredom sets in, leading to pursue new problems.

Certain tasks demand a deliberate pace; each stroke, pressure, and mark must resonate with a sense of precision. There's no definitive right or wrong in these moments; it's about an instinctive connection with what feels both satisfying and fitting at that particular juncture.

Many thoughts race through my mind as I stand alone in the peaceful silence of the studio. There are days that are tougher than others, where I have flashbacks, replaying my journey thus far as an artist. It's a mixed emotion of regret and gratitude—a strange combination, I know.

I couldn't resist the morning light streaming into the living room, illuminating every texture, color, stroke, and form of this artwork. The luminous quality of the Japanese colored inks enhances the effect.
