Anyone on automatic car insurance renewal … beware! I just had my renewal quote come in 43% higher than last year, with Direct Line. No convictions, 1 more year no-claims, no house move, car 1 year older. 🤷‍♂️. Quick call reduced it to “just” 28% increase.

If this means you might offer a reasonable price increase I am very interested. But I’m sure you would not expect any customer to be happy with a 28% increase … never mind 47% increase. Thus, unless you have another offer, I am not sure your stated words/goal is genuine/honest.
