At Southwest Airlines didn’t/couldn’t staff appropriately 7am flights in Tucson causing 200 person line to check in an hour before flight. Bags lost and policy states they caused “late check” for dozens. Won’t deliver bags IF they are found. Wow. No accountability.

Still no luggage from Southwest Airlines , our Broadway show cancelled tonight bc of Covid but heck- Xmas in New York still magical. Home tomorrow. Quick trip.

Not that anyone cares, but Southwest Airlines called 6pm yesterday and said, as a courtesy, they were delivering my bag last night. 24-hrs later, still no bag. Anyone else think this is the biggest comedy of errors or just me? #notlaughing

12/15 4:30 arrive NYC. Bag in Vegas. 12/16, 6pm: Southwest Airlines phone call “we found your bag. Will go out for delivery 10pm 2nite.” No bag 12/17 SWA 8am: “your bag was just loaded and is out for delivery.” 8pm: SWA email: “Your bag is out for delivery.Driver is X.” 11pm: NO BAG

11:30pm Friday, bag arrived. Original flight Weds 8am Tucson-> Midway->NYC. Bag went from Tuc->vegas->???->NYC. 59 hours. I leave in 16 hours. Sigh. Sorry showing Southwest Airlines . Very sorry indeed. Cannot blame low staffing on this one.

Shocked to receive the worst service from USAA. Can’t deposit any money nor withdraw any because someone else wrote us a check from a bank account they closed. Pretty incredible negative treatment of the vets they claim to support.
