“Your kids come before you!” While I agree, let me say that if you’re not at 100%, you will fail as a parent. If you’re too sad, too tired, too stressed, etc. you will never be the best parent you could be. So please put yourself first and take care of yourself for your babies.

adderall is a double edged sword for those with ADHD. i literally NEED it to function like a normal adult, but the side effects i personally get are just as bad as me not taking it lol
