I don’t know who needs to hear this, but we’re still in a pandemic. It’s ok if you’re not yet comfortable in crowds. It’s ok if you say no to things. It’s ok if you feel anxious. It’s ok if you need to rest. Your feelings are valid. And don’t let anyone convince you otherwise.

My life, like most people’s, shrank with the 1st lock down. And I accepted it, assuming it was temporary. But then, of course, it wasn’t. I know my life will grow again, but its clear it will never return to the size and shape it was. I think that’s why this week feels hard.
