I always have this phrase repeating over and over at the back of my head. “Do I have what it takes.” And I’m sure you guys can relate to it. Some people are blessed and many aren’t. Hopefully one day I can prove myself for whatever reason.

Thought of the day: Has my life experiences allowed me to have an improved fortitude with my mental health (just older) OR is our generation today having a harder time developing mental fortitude? Why is there more and more people unable to sustain stable mental health?

It's really easy to tell which friends are cheering for you and who's praying on your downfall. Smh can't we just uplift each other and help one another grow? This world is big enough for all of us. I ain't got time for jealousy.
