Why is this? Any thoughts?

It takes a special kind of evil to attack someone who is trying to improve outcomes for patients and make prescribing safer. He’s trying to maintain a status quo based on 40 years of lies and disinformation that has led to catastrophic outcomes for vulnerable patients.

It is terrifying to me that this man is anywhere near vulnerable patients. Anytime someone talks about their experiences of harm he pops up to troll them and undermine any attempts to improve patient outcomes or safety.
