Thank you to Supervisor Kathryn Barger for co-authoring my motion on adopting the Los Angeles Countywide Parks Needs Assessment (PNA+), and to the many community members who joined us at today's meeting to express their support.
The PNA+ is a new detailed study that reveals Los Angeles County's unmet needs concerning environmental conservation (acquisition and protection of natural lands) and restoration (degraded lands), regional recreation, and rural recreation.
Once again, John Lewis teaches us that sometimes you gotta sit down to stand up. #NoBillNoBreak
