Stepped out of my comfort zone by running the 300m but set a new school record at 36.77 today at the SPIRE Scholastic Invitational. Props to the dude who came in 1st this race to become #1 in the state.

Otterbein HS Invitational today. Competing unattached. New PR for long jump 18' 9.75" and headed to the finals.

Thanks to Otterbein XCTF for hosting a fun overnight experience and great HS Invitational this past weekend. Appreciate the guys & their coaches who showed me around and supported me there.

The dreaded day was finally here. I had to run my first 400m as part of our 4x4 relay team. Did it hurt? Oh yeah. Were we proud? Heck yeah. 1st in our heat, 3rd overall.

Last indoor meet of the season. Looking forward to post-season races.

Definitely not how I pictured senior year track season to go. Fractured my navicular bone running the very first race of the spring season after a long battle with tendonitis. Will be focusing on recovery & looking forward to coming back stronger than ever.
