The Family & Friends Drop-in was a lifeline when Grizz was in ICU & afterwards with all the horrors 2021 held for I felt totally lost but I looked forward to Tuesday night when I could chat to others who 'got it' Please share - you never know when someone you know may need it

Our rehab classes are FREE & UNLIMITED for ICU patients & their families They're on zoom so can be accessed from anywhere You'll need to book an induction with our trainer Jo (a physiotherapist) before you start so we can ensure they're safe for you Email [email protected] to book
