I defended my thesis on Tuesday!

Our pre-print on 14-3-3 oxidative stress and how it alters 14-3-3 protein structure and function is out now. A really great vignette on utilizing 2 GCE systems to tackle 1 biological problem.

I don't think I tweeted about this manuscript when it went up, but it's been updated! This paper is, I think, the work I'm most proud of in grad school, about modeling complex binding, and examining exactly how much information is in a single calorimetry experiment.
