Publicly AFGE management says “Telework Works,” but behind closed doors they’re gutting telework for their own staff and slashing our collective bargaining agreement every chance they get.

It’s becoming increasingly harder to tell the difference between AFGE management and the tech billionaires who were front and center at Trump’s inauguration. AFGE is using their same billionaire boss tactics on its own unionized workforce.

Whenever AFGE management is ready to stop hiding behind HR emails and social media blocks— we, the workers, are ready to discuss why they felt the need to attack our contract and undermine the telework advocacy efforts of AFGE members.

❌ AFGE management's refusal to meet with workers has forced us to put increasing pressure on them to honor our contract. AFGE members deserve a union that will uphold union values. It's time for AFGE bosses to talk with workers and end this crusade to attack our union contract.
