Behind every #conlang is a conlanger that worries (on some level) if their phonology is explained correctly.

Is it possible that at the very beginner level of learning a language I have almost NO interest in learning vocabulary? Like I just want to study grammar and I will do my vocab later. Am I weird? Has anybody noticed something similar?
