Just released! In a joint effort with the Adrian Bracken and Richard Phillips labs, we discovered that diffuse midline glioma cells rely on specific cPRC1 complexes containing CBX4 and PCGF4 (BMI1). See the preprint biorxiv.org/content/10.110… and tweetorial to follow
