so..... now AirAsia decided to put 3.129 Thai Baht in my credit account. The tickets for me and my husband were 9.000 Thai Baht......

The tickets of Air Asia were paid by me, but it seems like the only way we get some of this money back (because I did not receive all of the paid money back) will be if my husband opens also a Big account.... WTF ? And I paid for the tickets....

We actually advise and fly with Air Asia a lot.... this is the worst ever customer service !
