This project evaluated genotypes potentially associated with SCTLD susceptibility and general restoration performance using a #2bRAD sequencing approach. Results will inform the feasibility of future #coralrestoration efforts in #SCTLD endemic zones. #FlorCorTC (1/6)

In May 2021, a total of 1,152 fragment clusters were outplanted across six regions as part of a larger collaborative effort throughout the entire #FCR. Coral clusters have been monitored monthly for health data such as disease presence #FlorCorTC (2/6)

Source colonies were genotyped using a #2bRAD sequencing approach and sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq S1 SR100 single lane. A de novo reference was created for analysis of PCLI samples #FlorCorTC (3/6)
