Sunday’s #GreatNorthRun will go ahead as planned. Whilst we want runners to enjoy the day, we encourage everyone to be mindful of the very special circumstances in which the event will be taking place.

Thank you to the thousands of #GNR2022 runners, volunteers & spectators, who respectfully came together under the very special circumstances. It was a fitting tribute to the Queen, to honour her life, whilst also celebrating people raising much needed funds for worthy causes.

Enjoying some long winter strolls along the Ayrshire Coastal Path a couple of weeks back. There were some pretty sizeable wave hitting the shore by Ardrossan on this particular day!

Anyone looking for an adventure without having to leave their favourite reading spot (sofa), I highly recommend Solo by Jenny Tough ! It highlights the realities of outdoor activity as a woman but mostly it'll just inspire you to swap that sofa for the outdoors 😂🏃‍♀️
