2. Include gender options (not sex) for the gender-related question! "Female" is a scientific term referring to a patterned configuration of the external genitalia, internal reproductive organs, hormones, chromosomes, and secondary sex characteristics. (2 of 4)

"Woman" refers specifically to human beings. It is a gender identity rather than a scientific or biological classification. "Woman" honours whom people are on the inside, rather than ascribing an objectifying label. (3 of 4)
