Normally lifting or running clears my head and makes me feel better. Tonight however just couldn't clear my head and managed to get even more upset. tomorrow is another day to try again

I recently asked my trainer if I could switch leg day to earlier in the week rather than before my long run (13 miles building to 31 miles). Her response "sure but you'll regret it." Oh sh1t what did I just ask for. #wehackhealth
I love starting new hobbies. Been trying to get into trail running and been doing it by myself so far. Found a group and went for a run with them. I am dying going up a hill and they never once stop talking. Never once are they out of breath. I will get there too
Recently learned the hard way not to take cert exams right before going on vacation and when you are on the brink of burnout. Not a pleasant experience
Ran 13.8 miles this morning. Was supposed to be 18 miles but in a foot of snow it already took 4.5 hours. Hardest thing I have done in a long time. For reference last week I ran 16 miles at 9:30 ave pace
Just did a inbody scan. To baseline where I am at. Time to go on a cut. Not happy with my numbers but it is nice to have the numbers that I cannot argue with. I now know what my goal weight and corresponding body fat percentage. Time to plan!!!
