I want to do POD with a user-uploaded image using Printful (open to other suggestions like Gelato, Printify, or others). Does anyone have any suggestions or know the workflow for this? I am in the research phase right now.

Think I am finally on the right path with Printful and Shopify integration. Hoping to have something up tomorrow so I can pivot on marketing and focus on the physical products. I really think a mug (or other POD item) with images stylized or generated with AI will do amazingly.

Day 1 of focusing on marketing was good. A lot of systems I am setting up, and a lot of different ways to try to attack things to grow organically, it is exciting, and I am excited to get back to it tomorrow. 100% of my effort is on marketing now.

Did some marketing today, but also added video to the platform. I have seen a lot of videos doing well on different social platforms and people getting excited over video more than image, so I figured this was a quick win for me and the app. Will launch it tomorrow.

Added video generation. Really impressed with it so far, will do some further testing later today on it, but back to marketing.

Replying on Reddit is not fun. Anyone have any suggestions? The app is a pet image generator.

Do people generally juggle more than one project at a time? I feel like I need to have two projects so I can jump back and forth between the two when I need breaks or when I want to work on marketing vs development, for example.

Starting to do a lot more SEO work, looking into paid ads, and will start doing social media with more of a purpose. I need to start moving a little quicker with the marketing so I can get more feedback and fail or succeed.

More focused marketing and some programmatic SEO is a good day.

Added 22 pages today, will continue to add 5-10 a day for the next little bit to see how this goes with SEO. Not the best with SEO, still learning. Looking into paid ads right now too, this is something new as well.

Wanted to start another project so I could focus on marketing for part of the day and build for the other part. I have far too many ideas, and it was getting me a little antsy not working on any. Still enjoying PetImages.AI and will continue marketing.

Thinking I'll end my Cursor subscription. I rarely use it. Rails is so good at shipping quickly, and I want control over the quality of code I am shipping. Right now, I am just using ChatGPT, and it solves my problems, but I know Claude is superior, so I may give it a shot.

I've had my head down working, back to X, and will be posting and replying more now. Very excited to be marketing and not focusing on features for PetImages.AI. Will be launching some other products shortly, too.

Does anyone enjoy marketing? If I could spend all day building, this wouldn't feel like work.

Going to be vibe coding (or close to it) my first project. Want to build a personal time tracking app for desktop, have almost no experience with Flutter (open to other suggestions), so it should be fun.
