@air_latorre Sometimes they’re wrong and you move on…and sometimes they’re right and we gotta hear thru the sting - some of my best progress came came from very painfully received critique - try hard not to confuse the necessary content for the sting - hear, process, learn, and grow/move on

Finally got around to reading Letournel and Judet's preliminary report on acetabular fractures from 1964. Amazed is an understatement

Did a SCH fracture today. The outside facility put the blue cast on this kid with no reduction of the fx. Might be the worst cast I have seen in a while. No chance of holding the fracture in place if the cast moves like this. #orthotwitter — please don’t place casts like this.
