New pre-print from Sam Resnick of the Chavez Lab - Creating a multiplexed platform to screen >1k genetic modifiers against 29 toxic proteins. This identified the protein chaperone DNAJB6 as a broad modifier of toxicity of FUS, TDP-43 & hnRNPA1. Great work Sam! More in🧵↓↓↓

Back in lockdown 2020, we [Horvath Lab] encoded all therapeutic clinical studies for hereditary neuropathies by genotype, intervention & outcome (+ more) as part of the Treatabolome initiative. Great to now see the the database going live! Big thanks to team who took it through.
