Students support our lecturers on strike, but we need support from our lecturers too!

Can one lefty member of UK Labour or Scottish Labour explain why you’re still a member of the party? I genuinely don’t understand how you can continue to call yourself left wing and progressive while remaining a member of that party.

If you are promoting NFTs you are not a climate activist. If you are promoting NFTs you are not anti-capitalist.

If you call yourself a social science student and then proceed to believe ridiculous things like teachers being on £75k salaries you should reconsider your degree. Social science requires lots of research and you can’t even bother to do the simplest bit of fact checking.

Am I only one who thinking #AcrossTheSpiderVerse is overrated? It’s good, sure. But it’s not the best Marvel movie or even the best Spider-Man movie. Even the first Spider-Verse movie was better.

I am cisgender. That is not a slur, it is a truth. The only people offended by the word “cis” are people who prefer their identity to be the only acceptable form of being. That’s not courage, it’s bigotry. And it’s the kind of story that leads to genocide.

Because Labour is such a prophet of peace…

Hold whatever opinion on this, but keep in mind that these are not evil straights. I cannot express how queer young climate activists are. You can think this is wrong, but it’s not straight people coming after the LGBT community. Pride is their event too.
