For our penultimate #CountDownToSummit⌛video: a North Solihull SGO created the 'The Girl Power' programme to address physical activity levels among girls. The programme aimed to support inactive girls, empower older girls as role models, and instil a love🫶for physical activity.

Girls who play sport become women who lead. Research shows that female executives are more likely to have played sports than those in non-leadership roles. 📊 Stats from EY Women Athletes Business Network and espnW

Over the past few weeks, Year 1 have been practicing their ball skills within PE lessons. The children have been using the sole of their feet to stop the ball and then the inside of the foot to pass the ball to their partners.

Active Play Hereos is back for 2024-25 across Solihull Schools 💫🌟🦸🦸‍♂️ From Autumn term 500+ children will be on their school playground helping us in our mission to rescue the playground from inactivity. South Solihull SSP North Solihull Sport
